Comparison

The model vendors sell you their model. We sell the workspace around all of them.

Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google all now give admins real spend controls and a shared project of some kind. The question is not whether the controls exist. It is what they are attached to. Theirs attach to people, groups, and cloud projects; ours attach to the client engagement you already bill against. Theirs also attach to one vendor's models, and ours do not, which is what makes changing your mind later cost nothing.

The six questions

What all three comparisons measure

The same six questions, asked of every product, answered from the vendor's own published documentation with the sources listed on each page.

Question ParleHub's answer
What is the budget attached to? The project, which is the engagement, matter, or account
Whose reference does the cost carry? Yours, a project code that comes through in the CSV export
Can the team see each other work? Shared threads with live presence and streamed replies
Which models can you use? Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, on your own keys
Where do the files live? Your SharePoint site or Shared Drive on Enterprise, or our managed storage
What does it cost to change your mind? A settings change; the workspace sits above the provider, so nothing you built moves with it
How we write these

Every claim about another product is taken from that vendor's own documentation, dated, and linked. Each page carries a section on where the other product is the better buy, because there are real cases where it is, and the most obvious one applies to all three: they hand you one vendor and one invoice, with nothing to set up. ParleHub runs on keys you bring, which means a provider account and someone who owns it.

One thing we are careful not to claim, because the marketing in this category invites it: none of these products give you model usage for free. Anthropic prices Enterprise per seat plus the tokens you consume. Google's seats carry a quota and charge beyond it. OpenAI covers ordinary chat in the seat and meters the heavier work against credits. Everyone is running a meter. The question worth asking is whose meter it is and whose rate it runs at, and on ParleHub the answer is yours.

These products move quickly. If you find something here that has gone stale, tell us and we will correct it.

Keep the models. Move the workspace.

Connect a key you already have, put one live engagement in a project, and give it a budget and a code. The first export tells you whether the argument holds.
