Questions
Can I use my own enterprise agreements with model providers?
Yes. Every plan lets you connect your own provider keys, and model spend then lands on your own provider contract at your own rate. The Team plan caps model spend at $10 a month; Business and Enterprise are uncapped.
What if we do not have provider keys?
Use the models we host instead. There is no key to obtain and no provider account to open. Hosted models are priced per token and drawn from a credit balance you top up. You can run both at once: hosted models for the people who just need to get on with it, your own keys where you already have an agreement worth using.
What we host is not limited to the three big providers. It includes open-weight models your firm has no contract with and realistically never will, which is the cheapest way to put routine work on a model that is good enough for it.
Do budgets work differently on hosted models?
No, and that is the point. Project budgets, personal and org-wide caps, the 80% warning, the pre-flight block, and the usage export all behave identically whichever way the tokens are paid for. Every call lands in the same ledger under the same project code, so switching a project between different models, and providers doesn't break the tracking or enforcement.
What happens when a project hits its budget?
New messages are blocked before they'd go over budget, with a warning at 80%. Anyone who's work is blocked can request an increase in one click, routed straight to an admin for approval.
Can projects store files in our own SharePoint or Google Drive?
Yes. Business and Enterprise projects can connect a SharePoint site or Google Shared Drive, so files stay in your own enterprise storage instead of ParleHub's managed storage. There's no downloading and uploading malarky, it just works.
Is SSO available on the Team plan?
SSO (Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace) requires Business or Enterprise.
How does this compare to Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for teams?
